Technological line TLPU allows to process livestock waste of animals and is the combined complex, allowing to make fertilizers in the form of granules, briquettes, torments or in the liquid state.

Complex TLPU includes following basic modules:

1. Screw separator of waste SOSH
2. Dismembrator DRS
3. Mixing bunker  BS
4. Cavitational grinder KIP
5. Rotor mixer BSR
6. Conveyors TLS
7. Roll briquetting press PBSh

Separator SOSH separates damp fraction and leads up raw materials to a flowability condition. Further the raw materials move in mixer BSR and then are transported on briquetting. The liquid fraction gets to a cavitational grinder KIP for regrinding, homogenization and disinfecting therefore it is received the damp fertilizers ready to entering into soil. Cavitator KIP also used for preparation binding for fuel briquettes. The equipment for flood-dispensing and packing isn't included into the delivery complete set.
