For juice production it is possible to use any juice contains raw materials: berries, fruits, vegetables and so forth. The raw materials arrive on primary crushing in dismembrator DRS after preliminary sorting and washing on offered technology.
Following technological transition is "hyperthin" crushing (less than 10 micron) raw materials in a cavitational grinder-pasteurizer KIP.
The concentrated juice without pulp is received as a result. This technology allows receiving, without waste, juice from a raspberry, currants and others berry which at traditional juice production ways giving to 50 % of waste.
