Production of modern strong, non-polluting, not combustible woodplastic products of different function (building materials, landscape gardening designs) are carried out on extrusion technological line
As raw materials for production of constructional panels and other products serves granulated PVC and the crushed cellulose raw materials: sawdust, rotted straw, straw. Woodplastic plates WPP and other products are developed on the special equipment consisting from:

          • the high-speed mixer, allowing to mix in set proportions PVC and sawdust, or others cellulose contain components;
          • submitting two-screw extruder, warming up PP/PE in thick-flowing weight;
          • a matrix forming on an exit a necessary profile of a product;
          • the calibrator for stabilization by cooling of the product form;
          • retractor taking from the calibrator of the generated product;
          • interceptor (sawing off) of products of the set length;
          • systems of packing and warehousing of finished articles;
          • monitoring systems of all transitions of technological process;
          • systems of given manufacture waste processing (recycling).
