Fuel pellets

Wood shredder ID for wood chopping boards, bars, slabs and other softwood and hardwood waste and to produce technological and energy chips. The size of the cross-section of the feedstock is not more than 5 x 8 cm shredder converts it into chips 10 - 50 mm. the feed conveyor is carried out. Available with left-sided and right-sided loading. The table shows the specifications of the two modifications shredders ID.

In modern technological processes of forage preparation for animals and birds and also fuel granules apply a pelleting press. Raw materials preliminary crushed to 1-2 mm for granulation as an initial material. Diameter of developed granules is defined by selection of the special punched cylinder (matrix). Cylinders in a base complete set have the size of cells of 2,5 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. The matrix with cells of 14 mm or 25 mm can be made under the order. The length of granules is regulated by a detachable knife which is exposed before start pelleting press.

It is possible to offer some variants of technological lines assemblage for production of fuel granules, depending on initial raw materials and demanded product of processing. In the table characteristics of complexes with settlement productivity on the received product of 500 kg/h, 1000 kg/h and 2000 kg/h are resulted. On initial raw materials productivity can be several times above.
Technological line TLTG allows to process an agricultural manufacture waste, sawdust, peat, and is the combined complex making granules in the sizes 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 14mm, 25mm.

Complex TLTB is intended for production of briquettes from sawdust and peat and also from other organic raw materials suitable for fuel.
Technology for production of fuel briquettes uses roller's briquetting, which has significant advantages in comparison with other ways of pressing:
    - the cost of electricity by an order of magnitude less than dot-matrix granulers;
    - high performance (up to 50 t/h), an unattainable for other methods;
    - lower requirements for thorough grinding material extrusion;
